AVD Graphic Studio

Editing images is a difficult process. With most editing software, there are too many parameters to consider and you need time to master them all. For basic editing, you can try AVD Graphic Studio, a lightweight image editing software with some useful and easy to access features.

Getting this program requires downloading 4.11 Mb installation kit. It features a standard wizard which will have the software ready in under a minute, without having to install third party tools or make additional options.

The interface resembles software like Adobe's Photoshop, but it's much simpler. It features large, colored buttons that are easy to get to and no large menus or complex settings panels. You can add multiple images either by clicking a button from the toolbar or by dragging and dropping them on the interface.

An image can be edited in different ways. Most of the modification options can be found in the top menus. For instance, in the Effects menu you can add bump map, lens, wave or other effects and remove noise, red eye effects or isolated pixels. Other editing features, from rotating the image to adjusting the color and contrast can also be found in the top menus.

AVD Graphic Studio gives you the possibility to create GIF animations. The button for this can be found on another toolbar, on the left edge of the main window. It will bring up a smaller window where you can add your pictures, either from a specific file or by capturing images from a video file. This window also contains some settings you can make to individual images or to the whole GIF animation. You can preview the results by clicking on a button from the options area or you can just go ahead and create the GIF file by clicking on "Convert".

Among its features, the program allows for batch editing images. Like the GIF animation tool, you have to click on a button from the left edge of the interface. This function's window makes batch editing a straightforward process. From here you can navigate your computer's folders, target your images and make global settings, like converting the images to a certain format, including BMP, TIFF and even PSD, selecting an image size, and more. You can navigate through most sets of options by selecting one from a drop menu. When all seems ready, select an output path and click the Start button.
